By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. No refunds.

2. No chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes. 

3. Verification: You confirm that you are the authorizes payment method holder.

Exchange Policy - (if applicable)

  • If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@desyrcosmetics.com
  • We only replace an item and/or items if we have sent you the wrong item and/or items. To qualify for exchange, everything must be in their original condition. 
  • You must contact us within 7 business days from the expected delivery date to get your exchange request approved and processed.

Lost Shipment Replacement Policy - We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing issues related to lost shipments. To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

1. The shipment must be verified as lost by the carrier through official documentation.

2. The request for replacement must be submitted within 7 days from the expected delivery date or delayed date.

3. The original shipping address provided at the time of purchase must be accurate and valid.

4. The loss must not be due to customer error, such as incorrect address entry or failure to retrieve the package upon delivery.

5. Claims for replacement may be subject to additional verification or investigation at our discretion.

6. Replacements will be issued in accordance with product availability and may take up to 14 business days for processing.

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We are committed to ethical practices and do not test on animals.

How Long Does My Order Take To Process? 

All orders are processed within 1- 3  business days after initial purchase date. Weekends orders are not processed till the following Monday. 

When Will I See A Update With My Tracking Information?

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for an update. USPS moves your package through their shipping network and may not always scan in stops along the way causing what looks like a delay in the movement of your package. Please do not worry, your package will eventually arrive but it just may take longer. 

When Will I Receive My Package ? 

You can expect your package to arrive after your order has been processed (1 - 3 business days ) then shipped ( 2 - 5 business days ).

What If I Put The Wrong Address ? ( before shipping )

Contact us immediately with your name, order number, and the correct address. We don't want your package going to someone else!

What If I Put The Wrong Address ? ( after shipping )

In any event your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address you submitted you will be responsible to pay a $4.00 reshipping fee. Once we receive your package back from USPS a $4.00 invoice will be sent. Once paid order will be reshipped to new address confirmed by customer. 

Why Did My Order Get Cancelled ?

Your order was flagged as possible fraud and/or missing shipping information.
